For candidates, we solve access to job referrals; improving their chances of getting hired, regardless of where they grew up, what school they went to and where they currently work now. We improve upon current solutions such as Linkedin, Blind and Fishbowl by matching candidates to employees willing to refer candidates, who have similar skills and thus can best validate a candidate for a referral.

Refermarket for Companies

For companies we solve their pain points around hiring diverse and talented candidates. Employees with similar backgrounds can more effectively identify high quality candidates, saving the company time and money compared to hiring recruiters and agencies who source talent for a company.

Our biggest value proposition lies in our matching system. We optimize for a candidate’s chances of landing an interview from a referral while also optimizing for companies ability to onboard diverse and talented candidates. We additionally have built a platform that provides greater transparency for candidates on how they can improve their candidacy with feedback from real life employees at the companies they’re looking to join.
