The full potential of Nvidia LHR graphics cards is now available to unlock. The developers of NBMiner were the first to achieve this, after which the creators of Gminer and T-Rex joined in. Thus, since May 2022, there is officially no difference between LHR and other video cards, and their hashrate will be the same. With this in mind, the WoolyPooly calculator has also been updated.
We have tested on Nbminer GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, but the above principles apply to any LHR video cards. Here are the test details.
NBminer is a universal miner for GPU mining of crypto-currencies that supports AMD and NVIDIA platforms. The miner has been developed since 2018. NBminer currently supports the popular Ethash, Kawpow, Octopus, Autolykos2, Cuckoo and Beamv3 algorithms.

NBminer v.39.0 – first unlock attempts
On August 15, 2021, the developer introduced the first miner that unlocks LHR up to 70 percent of the potential hashrate. The speed in the miner on the Ethash algorithm varies in the range of 77-78 MH/s. The Memory Controller Load and GPU Load charts are stable, the Board Power Draw chart with slight fluctuations. Thus, with these settings, NBminer v.39.0 unlocks LHR up to 67 percent of the potential hashrate.
NBminer v.40.1 – unlock increased to 72%
On November 24, 2021, the developer introduced NBminer v.40.1, which significantly increases the performance of LHR video cards. The speed in the miner on the Ethash algorithm varies in the range of 83-85 MH / s. The Memory Controller Load and GPU Load graphs are stable, the Board Power Draw graph is slightly fluctuating. Thus, with these settings, NBminer v.40.1 unlocks LHR up to 72 percent of the potential hashrate.
Testing NBminer v.41.0
On May 8, 2022, the developers announced NBminer v.41.0. You can download the miner and read about the features of the release here.
A feature of this version was 100% unlocking of LHR. To obtain the declared capabilities, the developer recommends using video drivers 512.15 for Windows and 510.60 for Linux, as well as running the miner with administrator rights. Also, for greater stability, it is worth reducing the overclocking of video memory relative to previous versions by 100-200 MHz.
The miner worked for 22 hours and 21 minutes. The speed in the miner on the Ethash algorithm varies in the range of 115-116 MH/s. The Memory Controller Load and GPU Load graphs are stable, the Board Power Draw graph is slightly fluctuating. Hooray!
