The teams will then have to make a table out of the materials provided to them. Once the task is completed, you will then check the credibility of the table made by putting some weight over it. The table that will be able to hold the weight for the longest would decide the winner. This not only helps the team to relax, but also let them connect and have bond with each other while working in a playful way.

  • Decorate

Your work environment is a large part of your life. It’s important to enjoy your job. You want your employees to love coming to work every day. Make sure that you create a space that is both attractive and engaging, but also productive.

Remember your office is a reflection of your brand. Your team will feel more connected if you decorate in line with your brand. If your company is known for its simplicity, it won’t help you to make your employees feel at home in a chaotic office.
