Batch Process Manufacturing

Batch process manufacturing creates specific quantity batches to meet customer requirements. Workers clean the equipment and then leave it unused until the customer needs the next batch.

Batch processing uses raw materials just like continuous process manufacturing. Ketchup, BBQ sauce, and hot sauces are good examples of batch-manufactured products.
