The inner motivation is to build the quality of life, assist others, have peace of mind, gain expertise or participate in a sporting sport. When times are tough we must be focused on our inner motivation to remain positive.
- Nitin Pujari Ji states that the pandemic has provided us with the opportunity to understand what is more important in our lives. He adds to ask yourself what is most important to you, and then try to find joy in the smallest things, not focusing on materialistic pursuits. He suggests that you have to confront what’s going on in your life instead of escaping it.
Nitin Pujari also has a connection positive thoughts with the mind. He believes that when people perform good deeds, they activate brain’s circuits contribute to their well-being. That is, taking care of others is a way to give back to them. To accomplish this, he suggests setting small goals and then focusing on the achievement of these goals.
