Minnesota United vs FC Dallas: Storylines
Minnesota United were in complete control of the game when they faced Real Salt Lake last weekend. They jumped to an early lead and ended with a 4-0 masterpiece to finally turn around the tables following 3 straight defeats.
It’s still pretty early for The Loons and they have plenty of time to build on that statement win. They’re clearly missing former Defensive Player of the Year Ike Opara but they should be just fine as they host FC Dallas.
FC Dallas have had a somewhat solid season according to the expectations. They even shocked the world by getting that emphatic 3-1 win at home over Minnesota United a couple of games ago.
Now, they’re coming off an exciting 1-1 tie at Sporting Kansas City on the weekend but will face a much more difficult task when they take the field at Allianz Field to face a revenge-craving team.
