Lipodissolve or Lipostabil, commonly known as lipolysis injections, is a cosmetic procedure in which patients are injected with PCDC, or phosphatidylcholine deoxycholate, to eliminate fat. L-Carnitine can be added to phosphatidylcholine deoxycholate as a fat carrier.
In 1966, researchers discovered that intravenous infusions of PC-containing solutions were capable of removing fat emboli. As time went on, the German government approved the use of Lipostabil to treat fat embolism, dyslipidemia, and alcoholic hepatitis. An injection of LIPOSTABIL was used for the first time to remove infra-orbital (‘below the eyelid’) fat.

How Does It Work?
Lipostabil mesotherapy treatment begins with multiple microinjections of Lipostabil directly into the subcutaneous fat to eliminate localized fat accumulation. Injecting PPC into fatty tissue causes fat cells to breakdown. Triacylglycerol is the fat molecule retained in fat cells. PPC reduces triacylglycerol. It is subsequently transported by the bloodstream to the liver, where it is transformed into bile acids and then excreted via the digestive tract.
What are the Side Effects?
You will note some redness, stinging, and burning within 15 mins to 2 hours after treatment, and later, swelling and bruising, which peaks between 6-72 hours. DO NOT wash or take a shower for at least 4 hours after treatment. Hot tubs, saunas, Jacuzzis, and massages are NOT recommended for 48 hours after treatment.
What is the Extent of the Improvement?
You should be able to reduce inches around your waist after three to six treatments. Results last if implement with healthy balanced diet and regular exercise.
