Please tell that the city where Jaipur is located, there once used to be 6 villages.

The six villages that were added to Jaipur were settled and the old names of those villages were different from the present-day names. Jaipur was built by combining Nahargarh, Talkatora, Santoshsagar, today’s Moti Katla, Galtaji, and today’s Kishanpole. – There used to be a lake Talkatora to the north of the City Palace. In Tripolia Bazar, the main market of the city, the width of the road was kept 110 feet, while the 105-foot road of the Deodhi market was built near Hawa Mahal. The road width of the Johri Bazaar was kept more than 90 feet from the verandah of the Johri Bazaar shops. At the same time, the road to the nearby Chandpol Bazaar was made 94 feet wide. Knowing some memories of the time of Jaipur’s settling down, it is said that at that time the focus was on building one size of buildings on both sides of the main markets.

It was approved to make buildings on both sides of the main roads looking towards the market, so special care was taken that the size and height of all the buildings should be the same. The jeweler market is still the most beautiful and one-of-a-kind look. Similar beautiful buildings are seen in the Sirah Deodhi market. This market was made as beautiful as Hawa mahal.

The Surajpol Gate from Chandpol is west to north and the main road here connects the two gates. In between, there is cheaper. Chaupar is not a Chowk in front of Tripolia. The major buildings here include City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, Rambagh Palace and Nahargarh Fort built in the 18th century. Other public buildings include a museum and library.
