Condensed Milk Cake Recipe Ingredients

for the cake

½ can of condensed milk
1 and ½ cup sifted wheat flour
½ cup whole milk (tea)
3 whole eggs
⅓ cup (tea) soybean oil
1 and ½ cup (tea) granulated sugar
½ cup (tea) cornstarch
1 tablespoon baking powder
for the syrup
3 tablespoons whole milk
½ can of condensed milk

To the roof

1 tablespoon unsalted butter or margarine
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 can of condensed milk
granulated chocolate (to sprinkle)⠀⠀

Method of preparation

1. Grease and flour a 22cm rectangular tin and set aside.

2. Add and beat in a blender until obtaining a homogeneous mixture: condensed milk, eggs, oil, milk, sugar, cornstarch and wheat flour.

3. Transfer the dough to a container and add the baking powder, mixing gently with a spoon to incorporate it into the dough.
4. Put the dough in the already greased and infarcted shape.
5. Bake in a medium preheated oven for approx. 35 minutes or until when you insert a toothpick, it comes out clean.
6. Wait to crumble and then unmold.

7. Mix in a pan: condensed milk, chocolate and butter or margarine.
8. Place over low heat, stirring constantly, so as not to stick to the bottom of the pan, turning off 2 minutes after the start of boiling.
9. Wait to cool down.
