Managing a home is hard and when multiple people are involved, and dividing the tasks on who is responsible for what can get confusing. 1. By Task
Let people play to their strengths. What I mean here is if someone feels comfortable with certain activity vs others, they can pick that. For example, if one of you is a good cook, let them take that activity. so consider splitting up the chores by task to let one person totally take ownership of a few areas.
If none of you want to take up a task, try to find smart solutions in the market. For example, doing dishes is something I absolutely don’t want to do. 3. By Week
This is an interesting strategy where all the activities will be taken care of by one person for a week and then next week you rotate thereby taking a complete break from all the responsibilities.
