ZEE5 Secures Streaming Rights for Amitabh Bachchan’s New Film “Jhund”

The critically acclaimed film Jhund, starring Bollywood great Amitabh Bachchan, will have its digital premiere on ZEE5 on May 6, the streaming portal announced on Thursday. The film was released on March 4 and received positive reviews from both reviewers and fans. Nagraj Manjuule, a Marathi filmmaker, made his Hindi debut with Jhund. The plot centred around a retired teacher who uses football to help young people from low-income families start a fresh chapter in their lives. The well-executed football sequences and Big B’s monologue during a court scenario drew attention.

Akash Thosar, Rinku Rajguru, and Kishor Kadam were among the cast members. Ajay-Atul, widely known for their work on the films Agneepath and Dhadak, composed the music. Let’s have a look at the complete cast of Jhund.

Jhund is backed by producer Bhushan Kumar and was first released in theatres on March 4. The movie will now be available to stream on the South Asian streaming platform ZEE5 on 6th May 2022.
