Wireless Solutions & Accessories – Oklahoma City’s trusted Cell Phone Repair and Service Shop

Wireless Solutions & Accessories (WSA) is locally owned and operated by three families who have joined together as partners to extend the dreams of its original owners, Travis and Suzanne Landsaw.  With a vision of creating a business with a family atmosphere, great customer service, honesty, and hard work. Wireless Solutions & Accessories was born in April 2013.

With a decision to turn a life of drug addiction and prison time around, Travis worked to build a business with integrity that was centered around family and helping others. While in a rehabilitation center, Travis was introduced to a life-changing experience with God. After three and a half years of experience working at a company where he learned the ins and outs of cell phones, the time came to venture out on his own and make his dreams a reality. With free paint, a small beginning inventory, a small start-up account (mostly borrowed from those who believed in him), and some hard work from friends, Wireless Solutions & Accessories opened its doors.  In a short time, Wireless Solutions & Accessories became the trusted place to go in Midwest City if you needed a good replacement phone or repair.  Providing a budget-friendly way to get a mobile device became a necessity for the majority of families. Taking care of customers with quality service and care for details became a family affair.  With two kids often in the background and only a few employees, building relationships with repeat customers became an integral part of the business.

As years passed, thoughts of expanding and assisting more customers throughout the Oklahoma City metro area began to grow.  Finding the right partners and timing finally came in 2020.  With a company restructuring, two friends found themselves looking for new plans for their futures. With the same values of integrity and hard work these two and their families joined the Wireless Solutions & Accessories team.

Opening a Norman and NW Oklahoma City location was done with great care.  Creating a business model for continued growth but maintaining the individual small family-owned atmosphere was important to all of the partners.  The company colors, a logo, and marketing plan were added or changed but procedures and quality have been maintained. Wireless Solutions & Accessories has shortened to WSA but there are no cutting corners in our repairs or how we serve our clients.  The trust and confidence of our customers are essential in all we do.  The satisfaction of seeing a customer leave with a problem solved, repair made, or a lower cost upgrade on their mobile device lets us know we are making a difference.

Making that difference stretches into our communities also.  The Midwest City location has been a member of the Midwest City Rotary Club since 2015.  Each owning family works weekly and monthly in areas of community growth activities through our local church and through local involvement in fundraising or business organizations. Monthly contributions and our “Keep the Change” efforts support Warriors for Freedom, a great organization helping veterans succeed in civilian life.  With a history of drug addiction, taking time to encourage and mentor those in drug rehabilitation centers has been an important aspect of reaching into the community.

Continued growth over the metro area is in our future to help and serve more.  As we do so, consistency in price, quality repairs and inventory, and assisting our customers with honesty and compassion are fundamental to WSA and will remain.
