Consider a fabric that offers a good thread count, but remember that the highest count does not always mean that the quality is great. Count here means the number of threads that have been woven both vertically and horizontally per square meter of the fabric. There are instances where the count is manipulated, so what you see may not reflect the real truth. There are instances where the linen quality in some threads that have a higher count is lower when compared to those with a lower count, so take note of this while shopping.

Some fabrics are much better for summer, while others are great for winter. Synthetic fabrics are known to trap heat, which may make you get hot while sleeping. This can lead to frequent waking, restlessness, and generally poor quality of sleep. It’s better to choose cotton sheets because they are comfortable and breathable, and make it possible for you to regulate your sleeping environment. High-quality cotton will guarantee you great sleep during warm summers, and there are a few choices that have been specifically finished in a way to offer additional comfort. Also, choose the best colors because gray, white, and blue are the colors that are known to affect your sleeping space.

However, the frequency of washing your bedsheets could increase if you sweat excessively; you eat while resting on your need, and if you sleep naked. Also, this should be the case if your pet sleeps on the same bed.
