  3. Make your customers feel curious about the brand or product you offer.

Ideally, before starting to create content, you need to define your customer persona. Doing this will make it easier for you to distinguish what content will attract (and not) your target market. This is very important, because the purpose of content is to convert (convert) readers / viewers into potential customers, who then turn into loyal customers. In defining, you need to pay attention to several elements in detail, for example, target group name, gender, age range, the literature (books, blogs, magazines) they read, the websites and blogs they visit.
