If you choose a mediocre juicer, it will come from 100$-600$ price range.  The price range differs with the features and the extent that how pure will be the produce. Now coming to the point, while juicing you will get a pure produce (pulp) and a fiber.   • One of the biggest problems which is discussed worldwide is obesity or excessive fat. This problem can also be solved through juicing. As juicing is the method to get one of the purest forms of nutrients which can be really beneficial for fat loss. In gyms, it is also recommended by many of the trainers to keep juices in the diet plan if someone is planning to go for fat loss
  • It will also help you clean your kidneys and livers. Juice is in liquid form and when this liquid circulates through your kidney and livers, it gives them a refreshing feeling accompanying with helping them get cleaned. According to researches, it has been declared that it also lowers the risk of cancer and heart disease.
  • Some people suffer through other diseases like digestion aid. Basically, the pulp itself has rich nutrient which when goes through the stomach and intestine, help them get better and promote more digestion in your body. More digestion means, a better digestion which ultimately leads to a better health. As a famous quote says

Which means, the healthier the digestion part of a person, the healthier he or she is
