What You Should Bring on a Family Bike Ride

When going on a family bike ride, you’ll need to put some consideration into what items are essential for your trip. Sun Protection

Whether you’re riding in hot or cold weather, you’ll need to make sure you are proactive in keeping your family’s skin safe from the sun. Of course, you should apply sunscreen before you leave and every couple of hours afterward. Sport sunglasses with UV protection keep your eyes safe. Wear UPF clothing and choose lightweight long-sleeved shirts over tank tops or T-shirts when possible.
