Surrogacy is considered as the assisted reproduction where the intended parents team up with the surrogate mother to carry out the process. Moreover, intended parents take this step because they might not get it done on their own. Austrian surrogate mother

Surrogacy in Austria is not considered legal. Any act conducted against the laws will be illegal and the person who commits the crime will be strictly punished. She also has to give proof for being a mother of a child to make sure that she has gone through the process.

In Greece, the law is passed for surrogacy and people can opt for the process even if they are married or not. However, if surrogacy is done as a favor then people also might choose the Czech republic as surrogacy can be carried out as a favor for someone.
