Sparkling Hill is located in the Okanagan Valley, perched on the granite ridge of Mount Royce. A four-diamond resort with a focus on holistic wellness, there are three restaurants on the grounds, PeakFine, Gerni’s Farmhouse, Barrique & Java, and room service options as well. PeakFine focuses on gourmet, farm-to-table meals, with an option to pair lunch or dinner with a wine selection selected by sommeliers. A complimentary breakfast and coffee service is served every morning at PeakFine, from 6:30 am to 10:00 am.

Named after the owner of Sparkling Hill, Mr. Gernot Langes-Swarovski, Gerni’s Farmhouse serves traditional Austrian fare, such as bratwurst, schnitzel, and strudel. The building, a 16th-century lodge from Weerberg, Austria, was dismantled and shipped to Canada in 2019 and was rebuilt by Holzbau Maier.

Barrique & Java is a coffee shop during the day and a cocktail lounge by night. Enjoy house-made pastries and coffee surrounded by stone and wood decor inspired by Vernon’s outdoors in the morning. Indulge in a glass of Okanagan wine or a cocktail at night, and enjoy light meals and snacks such as salads, cheeses, wraps, and pasta.

With a great selection of an in-room dining menu, the farm-to-table quality found at PeakFine and Barrique & Java is delivered right to your door. For smaller, more intimate celebrations, bottles of wine, antipasto and cheese plates, and hand-crafted gourmet chocolates can be purchased from the Enhancements To Your Stay menu.

With seven steams and saunas, KurSpa has made a name as a luxurious water spa encrusted with Swarovski crystals and nestled into the beautiful British Columbian outdoors. Available exclusively for guests of the resort, the 40,000 sq. ft. space is where stress and worries melt away.
