“I want the world to see me as a changemaker, a disruptor, a person who cares, a person who listens, a person who is brave, a person who lives her life boldly and authentically.”
The comment comes from a passionate black woman who is a trainer, author, speaker, and inclusion strategist who believes in equalizing opportunities for all. She is poised to effect significant societal changes through her communication and diverse ideas.
When it came to finding her enthusiasm for her outstanding expressiveness, it was a gift from God from her infancy. She struggled to blend in with the culture despite her other ethnicity, but nothing changed. Later, she worked hard to establish an environment where everyone could express and share their opinions without being provoked by society because of their race, skin color, or religion. Randi B grew up with the thought of not changing to be accepted or appreciated by society, making her a star for thousands of people out there.
