It was established by Rajat Khare, a successful serial entrepreneur, and an active investor. Rajat’s books and research papers in business and information technology are commended worldwide and included as a case study in different campuses of INSEAD Business school under the guidance of Professor Patrick Turner. His professional journey has also been acclaimed by Dr. Abdul Kalam in 2006(a scientist and ex-Indian President).

Rajat’s Boundary Holding has made huge investments in several tech companies, including Al-based drone solution der Asteria, Internet, Singaporean facial recognition start-up XRVision, and Cebair. Two are French deep Techs; One is Cebair, which deals mainly with the Radiofrequency and optical technologies. Second, Internest has successfully created a low landing system to ensure the accurate landing of rotatory wings on static and moving targets.

Recently, Rajat’s Boundary Holding also invested in a German company who specializes in

Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), named Konux. The company combined the features of Artificial intelligence-based analytics and smart sensors to effectively monitor the cost, capacity, punctuality, and train maintenance.

Rajat Khare, the founder of Boundary Holding, said that,

“Konux’s vision and passion are aligned with Boundary Holding’s core values and what we ourselves greatly respect and espouse.”

The Boundary Holding also joined Singaporean facial recognition start-up XRVision and opened new doors in the International market by providing investment.

“We value the potential of XRVision AI-based technology in recognizing faces, whilst extracting actionable data to maintain public order, and its ability to expand into various industries to assure safety,” stated Rajat Khare, the founder of Boundary Holding.
