COVID-19 lockdowns have made life a living hell for a lot of people, including those out of work. London looking like a ghost town since the United Kingdom capital was coerced into a severe lockdown over the spread of a new highly contagious mutation of COVID-19. “We just have to take this one day at a time and respect each other by wearing face masks and staying six feet apart until vaccines are successfully injected into literally everybody. Canada, Germany, France, the Netherlands, and a few other countries have shut off travel ties. This a serious moment in time. People need to keep their hands sanitized and quarantine if they have been infected. This is a matter of life and death. And yes, it’s important to exercise, but, that doesn’t make anyone untouchable, because transmission can still result in death. The coronavirus doesn’t discriminate. Oh she’s healthy, oh, he’s unhealthy, let’s kill him instead. No. It can kill anyone, healthy or unhealthy. We need to practice social distancing and sanitizing our hands.”

The CEO’s Approach

Outside of his busy work schedule, Sr. Roy Andrade trains at Hall of Fame boxing trainer, Freddie Roach’s Wild Card Gym, in West Hollywood, Ca. However, has decided to train from home to keep himself fit. Especially, in his line of work as an executive protection agent. Sr. Roy Andrade’s medical doctor released this statement, “Roy, does as he is told. He wears his mask, washes his hands, and keeps his distance from others. We test Roy once a week. Antigen tests can miss an active COVID-19 infection compared to molecular tests. As his health care provider, we conduct a molecular test and so far he has tested negative. He’s a good sport!”
