We asked Jorge – What is a Thought Leader?
A Thought Leader is someone who is known for their knowledge in their field of expertise by building authority and creating a significant impact in the world by sharing what they know about a specific subject. Thought Leaders are experts with substance and very deep understandings. They hold extreme value and drive with the heart to serve their areas of expertise. To which I am very proud to be achieving recognition as the Go-To Consultant for Team Performance in my area. I’m very passionate about what I do and I love to create value in the workplace.
How did Neuroleaders’ DNA come to be?
After working in corporate for several years, I personally experienced performance and leadership issues in a large percentage of companies I had worked for.
Back in the day when I began, I was a very frustrated young man with low self-esteem. Like many people, I was extremely unhappy with how the business was running. We rarely managed to achieve a healthy balance between good results in high team performance and work satisfaction. We either made money and employees were miserable because they had to work extra hard or we made employees happier and decreased profits. And you can guess which one happened the most!
I found that most companies actually didn’t understand or know how to solve these particular problems. Unknowingly most companies failed to make the correlation about these methods I’m about to teach. Where we can Maximise Profits + Increase Performance while Decreasing Physical Workloads ( by working smart). Thus Increasing and Developing Employees’ Engagement and Work Satisfaction. The old thinking says in order to make more profits we have to work much harder. In the new thinking era we live in, this is simply not true.
Sure, we work extremely hard to get the foundations right with our clients. We give them the solid fundamentals and the discipline required to achieve targets. But ultimately we make their work much easier to achieve, for them and their teams.
