NetSuite CRM and Activities Management

How to manage time with a CRM

Calendar: All activities can be scheduled within the NetSuite CRM calendar, and can be synchronized with the Outlook calendar if necessary. The system can be programmed to notify when a task/event/call has been scheduled, being able in turn to send an email message or display a reminder window, from the same calendar you can access the activity.

All activities are managed from a single platform or a NetSuite mobile app, which shares times, spaces, and clients, in addition, you can have a control panel with all the activities in view, through which you can see your workload for different periods of time Finally, the system also allows you to create visit routes to further optimize time and offers you a wide range of statistics to evaluate your profitability.
