Litigation is a process of going to court to prosecute or defend a case. While it ensures that the decision is enforceable by the law it is often the most expensive and time-consuming of all. It is a last resort because legal processes are a contest in most instances.
Disputes are part of the construction process, and construction projects are by their very nature complex. However, with a clear understanding of Forensic Consultant methods and proactive measures, conflicts can be resolved efficiently and amicably. Through good communication, documentation, and collaboration, the stakeholders will be well protected and be able to have healthy business relations. An effective approach to the management of disputes not only helps avoid delays and increase costs but also creates the conditions for effective project implementation.
