The question is, even after achieving so much success in his professional life, why is Monte focused on encouraging others to break out of their shells?

“I believe anyone can become a great leader,” shares Monte. “All you need is courage, agility, resilience, integrity, and discipline. Anyone can develop leadership qualities if they are willing to push themselves beyond their limits,” he stresses.

According to Monte, it is your mindset that can decide what you can achieve in the long run. Without a goal and a positive mindset, you will never be able to succeed. Monte Williams also believes that a specific strategy must be followed to reach your full potential.

“Harmony is very important,” he says. “I believe that business relationships and personal relationships operate on the same principles. What yields success in one yields success in the other.”

He is also of the opinion that leadership is a journey where the destination is best defined by the traveler. Hence, it is critical to develop a strong relationship with yourself. “It is the pre-requisite for being successful that no one talks about,” Monte says.

Keeping this advice in mind, Monte enjoys all the ups and downs that are a part of his journey since everything he has experienced has helped him evolve as a person. “I have enjoyed every part of the journey since it has raised my awareness and made me a better person for myself, my family, and my clients,” he shares with contentment.

When asked what inspired him to be a leadership coach, Monte Williams revealed that this is the best way to fulfill his purpose in life since his mission has always been to add value to the lives of others. Improving the mindset and confidence of others provides him with an inner satisfaction that no amount of money can buy.
