Melbourne Health Speakers Breaking Negative Stigmas

You are probably sick of it by now. Sick of having to keep your hands down, smile, and say something nice to avoid stigma. ‘I’m okay, ‘I’ll be fine’, ‘I’ll snap out of it’ might be familiar lines.

Yet, your anxiety, depression, or substance use disorder might not just snap out of it, without help. Can you get help and overcome the stigma associated with mental health and still get your life back? Yes, you can!

It’s challenging, but if you can learn to speak out, you can also learn to seize control. But don’t just take our word for it. Because many of the following mental health speakers below are willing to share their personal stories with you.
