Every life has some difficulties, and that’s no surprise to dental entrepreneur, real estate investor, and dental life coach Marshall Gibbs. Not only does he work hard at his dental practices and grow successful companies, but he oversees a wheat farm as a hobby. He had grown up working on the farm with his grandfather, who tragically passed away in 2022 in a farming accident.
While he has experienced other problems in the past, losing such a valuable member of his family was devastating. He didn’t hesitate and immediately stepped up to take over the farm. The only other option would have been to sell it, and with it being in the family for so long, he didn’t want to do that and lose access to all the memories stored there.

He developed his work ethic on the farm with his grandfather through long days full of hard work. As he grew older, he took that ethic with him into his other areas of interest. One of those main areas is dentistry, where he makes every effort to provide exceptional experiences.
He wants all his patients to feel comfortable with him and also wants his team to enjoy working with him. Not only that but he’s even committed to helping his potential competition. After graduating in the top 10 of his dental school class in 2011, he has gotten deeply involved in dentistry. He’s also invested in hospitality-based businesses and seen them grow rapidly. He prioritizes giving back to his local community and helping others in his profession learn to do the same.
He volunteers with various charities and has started some of his own. He offers free services to help veterans and other groups get the dental work they need and remains focused on giving his time and talents away to help others live better lives.
