You can let your assistant handle those areas, and they can coordinate emails, phone calls, texts, letters, flyers, or anything else you want to send out to targeted groups of clients. Sometimes that could be a birthday text, or it might be a card for an anniversary. You might want to send out an email or a flyer to a group of leads or clients who meet specific criteria.
