Exercise To Strengthen Your Heart
A healthy heart functions adequately when you exercise right and stay active. Physical exercise is required to help you burn excess fat and curtail cardiovascular difficulties. Lack of exercise and manual work makes your body sluggish, making it important to stay active.

1) Get, Set, Walk!
Simple, right? Yes, all you have to do to keep yourself active is to walk for at least 30 minutes every day. Brisk walking is especially beneficial for keeping the heart rate at its normal pace. Walking is economically feasible too, as you can walk anywhere, in a park, garden, or simply on your terrace while enjoying some music or the latest podcast of your favorite topic
2) Yoga
Our ancient culture is embedded with good values and provides a lot of ways to keep oneself active. There are several yoga asanas you can practice to keep fit. Yoga helps in maintaining your physical balance and reduces mental stress. There are few yoga postures that are beneficial for heart health like Utthita Trikonasana, Paschimottanasana, Setu Bandhasana, etc to name a few. 3) Aerobics
Aerobic exercise four to five days a week, or even for an hour every day reduces high blood pressure and heart risks. Swimming makes your body active as it involves the movement of all your body muscles And helps your heart to stay young

Take your old bicycle out and get on the road. Paddling can really help you with efficient movement of your legs and provide joy to your heart, too
6) Stretch a little, balance more
A little bit of stretching exercise relaxes your muscles and helps you in getting rid of any kind of muscular pain. Muscular exercise is not related to heart fitness but these can certainly help you in managing interrelated factors that could affect your heart
7) Strength Training
You can use bands, do some weight lifting, or any form of strength building exercise on the advice and under the guidance of a professional.
