King Palm Expands Beyond Pre Rolled Cones

Over the past few years, King Palm has brought multiple innovations to the rolling paper industry. These include a tobacco-free smoking cone, a corn husk filter tip, and a terpene-infused flavoring system. They have revolutionized multiple aspects of the smoking industry and they don’t show signs of stopping.

Back in 2012, the founders of King Palm were unable to find a suitable alternative to the blunt wrap. There was clearly a need for a slow-burning, tobacco-free wrap. After searching and reviewing many different types of leaves, only one prevailed: the Cordia Palm leaf. They set up a small factory in Southeast Asia and worked with neighboring farms to develop the perfect product. For the next few years, they worked with the product design and implemented changes, such as adding humidity control packs and paper inserts to keep the shape of the rolls.

In early 2016, they launched their signature Cordia Palm Pre-Rolled Cones and were quickly acknowledged for their revolutionary product. By 2017, the demand for their wraps had tripled, leading to their availability in 90% of U.S. smoke shops by 2018.

The leaf cones are an all-natural, tobacco-free alternative to blunt wraps. No rolling knowledge is necessary, making for a quick and simple way to enjoy a luxurious smoke. King Palm even includes a bamboo poking stick in every pack to ensure that smokers have everything they need.

In 2020, King Palm expanded their lineup with the addition of Flavored Pre-Rolled Cones. As always, they decided to do things differently than most by forgoing the flavor dips and sprays. Instead, they developed a terpene-infused filter tip that could be squeezed and popped to release a burst of flavors. The all-natural essential oils and fruit-derived terpenes are responsible for the smooth, rich flavors in King Palm’s flavored rolls. Now, people worldwide can enjoy sweet and juicy flavors like Banana Cream, Berry Terps, and Pine Drip alongside their favorite legal smoking herbs.

It seems that King Palm never takes a rest, as they have even more on the way in 2021. This will include new flavored rolls, new flavors of filter tips, and the world’s first rollable palm leaf. They currently oversee around 2,500 employees in their overseas facilities and farms. For their U. S. operations in Oakland, CA, they have a packaging and assembly staff of over 100 people and are looking to expand in 2021.

King Palm’s rolls have been featured heavily in pop culture and social media. Celebrities like Snoop Dog, Joe Rogan, and Swae Lee have shown their support for the rolls and they are a hit on Instagram (#JustPackIt).
