The spa industry has evolved from a place to get your nails done and massage into a retreat where you can find relaxation and take care of yourself. Different customers have different wants, so understanding what kind of customer you have is incredibly important.

Never stop learning about what other spas are doing around you! Stay up to date on the latest products, changing trends, and anything else so that you know how to improve your business.

It’s also helpful to take note of what you don’t want to do–spas around you providing poor services or using shady methods?
