How To Raise Your Chances Of Escaping An Escape Room?

Many people believe being good in escape rooms means being a good problem solver and puzzle solver. While this skill is helpful in an escape game, it is not essential. Escape rooms can only be played as a group game. It’s important to have strategies that allow your team to work together to escape.

Let’s start by explaining what an escape-room experience is. The first step is to form a group (typically between 2 and 5 depending on the situation). Next, choose an adventure. The rooms are designed by the themes you select.

You can expect to see prison cells. It doesn’t matter which room it is, the goal is the same: Escape the room in 60 mins or less. Don’t worry – you can leave the game room at any point.

If you don’t know the best methods to escape an escape room, it can be quite difficult. This article will provide you with the best strategies to help you, your team, and others escape the room.

Strategy #1: Communicate!

It’s easy not to remember that you have a team supporting you. Two brains are more powerful than one, so try to use as many as you possibly can. If you discover a clue, be sure to share it with the rest of the group. They may have additional pieces of the puzzle which connect to your clue.

Also, if you get stuck on a clue or puzzle, you can ask your teammates for their help. Sometimes you only need another set of eyes to see the problem differently.

Strategy #2. Search High & Low

Anything is possible in an escape chamber. In every escape room Atlanta, there are hidden safes, doors, and other clues. You might find more than meets your eye. Don’t take this too far. If you attempt to force things, you may be drifting off track.

Strategy #3. Divide & Conquer

Escape rooms are limited in time. You have only 60 minutes. It’s important to maximize your time. What are the most important resources you have in an escape area? Teammates.

Your team will be more efficient if there is no duplicate work. You should have your team members spread around the room looking for clues, puzzles, and other solutions. If you spend too much of your time in one place, you might be missing other crucial clues.

Strategy #4: Use Your Clues When They Are Needed

It is quite possible to complete an escape game with zero clues. Do not be ashamed to use your clues. Nearly all escape rooms will lead to a deadlock in which your group doesn’t know how to proceed. You can use a clue to get an extra boost when you are stuck. There are only three things you can do with them, so be careful.

If you are still waiting to make your first escape, we hope that this post can help. Keep these strategies in your mind the next time you go into an escape room. Time’s ticking. Good luck!
