Rather, you should plan to get up at the same time each day. You should start work, and take breaks at the same time each day. And you should plan your work activities for specific times of the day, as well.
For example, you might want to do work that requires more creativity or deep thinking early in the day, before your brain is tired. Then, in the afternoon, when you are less motivated, you can handle the basic stuff like admin, email, and so forth.
Use Time Blocks

When working from home, you can stay motivated by rewarding yourself on a regular basis. Maybe you love to go on a walk in the middle of the day. You can reward yourself for completing two hours of work by going for a walk afterwards.
Or you can reward yourself with breakfast after getting through your early morning work. Figure out what motivates you, and can build it into your schedule to help you stay on track.
Invest in Your Organization Skills
Time management is just one of the organization skills you need for success when working remotely. You also need to know how to organize your physical workspace, as well as your technological devices, and so forth.
