You could even communicate with your team about what type of incentive would work best for them, so you can be sure to inspire results that have a reward at the end. There’s nothing wrong with treating your team every now and then. 

Encourage team feedback

A part of knowing how to manage your team is understanding what is or isn’t working for them. While there will be disgruntled team members every now and then with complaints, it’s always important to give your team a chance to provide feedback. There are always ways to do better and increase team morale and improve the workplace environment. 

Consider using team feedback software that can allow them to provide feedback anonymously. You’ll get more honest and thorough feedback this way.

Managing your team can be very challenging, especially if your team is spread out and there are various components to one project becoming a success.
