How to get rid of back acne?

Back acne, also known as Bacne or Proncea, is a common problem that affects tens of millions of people around the world. Back acne is caused by specific types of bacteria that make their way under your skin, cause inflammation, and start to grow. The major reason for getting acne on the back is the improper care of the body. Also, cleansing your hands and face with harsh soaps can irritate your skin and cause redness, swelling, and even pimples on the cheeks and forehead. This Voibon Blog will guide you with some ways by which you can get rid of them.

  • Maintain hygiene

If you have back acne, it’s important to keep your skin clean. Make sure you’re washing your back with a gentle cleanser and using an exfoliating scrub twice a week to prevent dead skin cells from clogging pores and causing breakouts. If you have long hair, it’s also a good idea to use a wide-tooth comb or brush when you wash your hair so that the oil from your scalp doesn’t spread onto your back and make acne worse.

  • Use Exfoliator

Use an exfoliator twice a week to remove dead skin cells that clog pores, which can lead to acne. Use a scrub or washcloth with circular motions over your back, focusing on areas where you have acne. If you have sensitive skin or have trouble tolerating exfoliating products, try using an oatmeal scrub instead of an abrasive one.

If you shower, be sure to cleanse your entire body, including your back. If you have trouble reaching around to cleanse your back, try using a loofah and applying a little bit of soap to it. This will help you scrub and exfoliate without having to bend over or reach too far behind yourself. You can also use an antibacterial wipe on any particularly dirty areas of your body after showering or washing up at the sink.

  • Avoid wearing tight clothes

For some people, acne can get worse if they don’t shower regularly enough especially if they wear tight clothing that does not allow their skin to breathe freely throughout the day. If this sounds like something that could be affecting your skin’s health, consider increasing the frequency with which you shower or bathe in order to reduce stress on the skin’s surface while also helping it stay cleaner longer between washes.

  • Use a quality moisturizer

One important thing to note when choosing a moisturizer is the ingredients list. Avoid anything that contains mineral oil or paraffin, as they can clog pores and worsen acne breakouts. Moisturizing lotion can help reduce the appearance of scars from back acne and prevent dryness that can make existing blemishes worse. Look for products that contain vitamin E and glycerin for added benefits.

  • Avoid rubbing your skin

Back acne is caused by friction between your clothing and your skin, so it’s important to avoid wearing tight-fitting clothes or shirts with fabric that rubs against your back uncomfortably throughout the day. You should also avoid wearing heavy jewelry around your neck or shoulders if you suffer from this condition because it can cause irritation as well as exacerbate existing breakouts on your backside!

Conclusion

Prevention is the best treatment, so avoid exposing your back to direct sunlight. Keep in close contact with people who have a tendency to get acne. You can apply ice on your back after a hot shower or after you are exposed to the sun for too long. For those who already have acne breakouts, use some mild soap on the affected area of your skin, clean it off and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. After washing your back area, dab some acne cream to prevent further development of acne breakouts.
