In 2010, President Barack Obama accepted the Telework Enhancement Act, which required all companies to set up teleworking policies. Thus, work from home is formally accepted in America.
Furthermore, an investigation led by FlexJobs and Global Workplace Analytics in 2017, admits that between 2005 and 2015, in the USA, the number of individuals working from home grew by 115 per cent. The analysis also reveals that 56 per cent of current jobs in the united states may be suitable for teleworking.
Teleworking – a future come true
Following the evolutionary path of the phenomenon, we know that in any conditions work has been adjusted correctly to society’s rules. So, technology development not only brings the chance of keeping a
flourishing company remotely but also generates new jobs. Consequently, there are legitimate possibilities for teleworking to become normality.
