This 359 Second Avenue project located in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of Manhattan is Issac & Stern Architect’s latest project which is undergoing construction. The building has a unique elevation design inspired by neoclassical Parisian architecture. It has a limestone façade, french large glass windows surrounded by limestone trim windows, and Juliet balconies that give it a European architecture finish. It features a total of 53 units.
Issac & Stern Architects is working with Picksell Studio and developer Horizon Group to transform a three-story Classical Revival style building in Chinatown, Manhattan, into an icon of modern Manhattan architecture and elegance. It will feature a modern design with an elegantly proportioned and meticulously detailed façade of white masonry, large windows, and glass barriers enclosing an outdoor terrace. The building will yield a total area of 13,952 square feet.
Issac & Stern is designing a 190-foot-tall, 15-story residential building in Turtle Bay, Manhattan. The new condo development’s exterior will comprise limestone and glass, gray masonry façade, floor-to-ceiling windows, residential terraces, and large balconies. It will feature a total of 29 large apartments and a duplex penthouse.
