If you have been granted permission by a school administrator, then there are several ways that you can modify your child’s schedule through Skyward Family Access. The first thing you need to do is login with either your parent’s or guardian’s username and password. After entering your credentials, click on Families located at the top of your screen and then choose Family Student Listing under Web Administration Tools at the bottom left corner of your screen.
Click on Student Schedules and Grades located below Student Search, which will bring up a page containing all students currently enrolled at that particular campus. Clicking on one of these students will bring up another page with each student showing their information, including schedule overviews, grade information, absences/tardies and assignments/grades earned during each class period they attend.
If you are one of those parents who would like to access their children’s school information on your own time and on your own terms, you can do that now. It’s easy, and it’s safe. Simply log into your child’s school profile with Facebook, sign up for an account, follow the prompts that are given to you and then enter in a four-digit PIN provided by your local school district.
Once you have verified your identity through Facebook, you will be able to monitor student attendance and grades with ease! You can even track after-school activities. In short: there is no reason why anyone should not be able to access their children’s school profiles through a variety of social media networks at any time they choose.
