If you are consuming sugar moderately, then your liver will be metabolizing it to be used for energy. There is no health risk if you are consuming sweets moderately. Sugar has calories and excess total calories in your diet might contribute to weight gain and chronic disease.

Myth 4 – You should cut out sweets from your life completely
