Brian Simmons is an American preacher, author, Bible translator, and traveling lecturer. On May 28, 1951, he was born in Eureka, Kansas. He is well renowned for leading The Passion Translation’s translation team. Numerous publications, devotionals, commentaries, and study guides have been written by Brian. Although Dr. Simmons was not Christian, he was 20 years old when he underwent a significant conversion to Christ and is now regarded as a fervent lover of God.

Having attended Wagner University, Brian obtained his Doctor of Practical Ministry degree. Before his conversion to Christ, Simmons battled alcoholism in his early years. After converting to Christianity, he did, however, alter his behavior. Dr. Simmons and Candice have been wed for more than 50 years. The couple followed the straightforward way to share the gospel and heeded God’s call to reach unreachable people. They eventually became preachers to participate in God’s work.

They are both regarded as forerunners in the ministry. Many have been given access to the waking word of God and revival because of Brian’s lectures, Bible translations, and several books.

After heeding God’s call, the couple relocated to Central America’s jungle with their three kids, where they established several organizations, including a vibrant church in Connecticut. In addition, Brian founded Passion & Fire Ministries. They went across the world teaching the Bible in local churches. Brian Simmons has authored an extensive range of publications, devotionals, and Bible studies that convey the genuine meaning of the Bible.
