Comenity Easy Pay is a method you can pay the bill without the need for the use of a username or password or registering in Account Center. Comenity will ask you for only a handful of your identifying information. They will then grant you enough access to process the payment, without providing permission to other data in your account.
You stay on comenity.com all the time. If you’ve already paid online when you logged in to Account Center, we will access the details you entered in the next step. You may also add an account for checking during the payment procedure, however it won’t be stored until you sign up for Account Center.

Are there ways to modify or remove the payment I made with Comenity’s EasyPay?
If the funds haven’t yet received from your account in a timely manner, you might be able edit or cancel your planned electronic ACH payment based on the date and how you submit your request.

Does anyone have access to my account via Comenity’s EasyPay?
The details Comenity requires to access the service of EasyPay is unique to your account and you and shouldn’t be made publicly available.
Comenity’s EasyPay provides only the capability to pay the bill. For complete account management capabilities it is recommended to sign up for Account Center.
Make sure you’re the primary cardholder and that you’re authentically logging into the correct site for your brand card and that you’re entering your details correctly. If you’re still not able to log in, you could try logging in to Account Center to pay your bill. If you’re not registered with Account Center you’ll have to sign up first.
