Activate a Demo Workspace

To activate the demo workspace in your account, you can simply go to Settings, then choose Accounts, and go to Profiles. In this section, you can scroll down to the “Demo Data”. Yet, remember that you must be an administrator with privileges to access this page.  

Now you can click “Add Demo” to add one or more sample demo workspaces. You will find the options of demo workspaces such as:  

  • Project
  • Product
  • Business operations
  • IT
  • Services
  • Marketing

You can also create a hierarchy that focuses on just one type of workspace.

Use Your Workspace

A workspace in AHA project management software is a collaborative environment. In this setting, your team members can manage all the features and versions that have a collective purpose. You need to properly define your workspaces. Why? Because workspaces hold basic components such as activities and schedules.

It will be confusing if you have to decide on a single workspace and then divide it into multiple workspaces. With this AHA software review, you can simply use multiple workspaces.   • #Mentions

You can use #Mentions to reference any AHA Roadmaps record. This way, any team member can simply click on your link and will be directed to that record.

  • Watchers

You and your team members can watch a record to help you be informed on status changes. You will also be up-to-date with the work progress.

  • To-dos

This feature assists you to assign tasks to your team members. This will help refine a feature and also review your work.

Set Up the First Integration

Integration is something that needed to mention in any AHA software review. The roadmap software supports integration with over 30 different apps. You can easily integrate from bug trackers to project management platforms. You can also integrate the software with identity providers and communications platforms.
