Day 1: Kathmandu to Pokhara

Day 2: Pokhara to Tikhedhunga

Day 3: Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani
On day three, you’ll face a tough climb up the famous Ulleri steps. Some over 3,000 stone steps head towards Ulleri village. The effort pays off. You trek through
rhododendron forests and see the Annapurna and Hiunchuli mountains. The day ends in Ghorepani. It is a beautiful village known for its breathtaking sunrise views. Rest and recharge at a local teahouse.
Day 4: Ghorepani to Tadapani via Poon Hill
Early morning wake-up calls for a hike up to Poon Hill (3,210 meters) to enjoy the sunrise. The golden sunrise across the snow-capped mountains in Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machapuchare sends an indescribable feeling of excitement through your heart. Descend back to Ghorepani for breakfast before trekking to Tadapani. After breakfast, the trail descends steeply until you reach dense forests at the end of the descent. Hikers often spot animals as they pass through on this easy trail. You will stay overnight in Tadapani.
Day 5: Tadapani to Chhomrong
From Tadapani, you will be trekking through forests to reach Kimrong Khola. Going up again, you will pass through dense rhododendron forests to Chhomrong, a picturesque village located at the base of the Annapurna massif. From Chhomrong, there are good views of Annapurna South and Machapuchare. Overnight at a teahouse: experience all the warmth and hospitality of the Gurung people.
Day 6: Chhomrong to Deurali
Today’s trail from Chhomrong to Deurali, is rigorous but rewarding. The trek goes
downhill to the Chhomrong Khola before climbing back up through the fantastic bamboo and rhododendron forest all the way to Sinuwa. After crossing a jungle, you will reach Bamboo and then move on through Dovan toward Deurali. It is situated at the base of the Modi Himal; this place, too, carries diverse flora and fauna. Overnight in Deurali.
Day 7: Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp and Return to Bamboo
The final climb to Annapurna Base Camp begins early in the morning. You trek to alpine meadows and through the side of glacial moraines. Then there appears the wonderful Annapurna Sanctuary. After reaching ABC, you will be surrounded by tall peaks. They include Annapurna I, Annapurna South, and Machapuchare. Spend some time taking in the panoramic views and the sheer beauty of the Himalayas. After a memorable time at ABC, descend back to Bamboo for an overnight stay.
