When you go on holiday, your goal should be to return feeling refreshed and energised! However, you can find (especially on an all-inclusive holiday) that you overindulge – and end up coming back feeling worse than when you left!

That’s why we love Tennis Holidays!

If you love tennis, love meeting new people and are wanting to return from a holiday feeling healthy and happy – then you’ve got to try a Tennis Holiday.

Table of Contents

  • Cardio Health
  • General Wellbeing
  • Vitamin D
  • High Quality Healthy Food
  • A Decent Night’s Sleep
  • Coming Home

Cardio Health

On a Tennis Holiday, they’ll be plenty of opportunities to raise your heart rate on the Tennis Court. We all know that cardio workouts improve your heart health, but there are many other benefits people forget!

Doing Cardio through playing Tennis can have benefits for:

  • Brain Health
  • Joint Health
  • Skin Health
  • Weight Control
  • Mood
  • Sleep

These are just some of the benefits of a tennis session on a tennis holiday!

General Wellbeing

Humans are social creatures. We love making new friendships and meaningful connections. The great thing about a tennis holiday is you get to meet and play tennis with new people! It can get boring and a bit ‘samey’ if you just go on holiday with your partner (or even on your own), but on a Tennis Holiday you get to connect with new people.

General Wellbeing

There’s nothing better than a good game of tennis followed by a coffee to have a laugh about your on court game.

You’ll make memories with new friends on a Tennis Holiday!

Vitamin D

Following on from the Covid-19 pandemic, we’ve all learned the importance of enough Vitamin D. If you are from the UK – you most likely have low Vitamin D, which is needed to keep bones, teeth and muscles healthy.

On a Tennis Holiday – you’ll be playing tennis in the sunshine, and absorbing plenty of vitamin D. Your hair will become lighter, skin darker and your overall health will improve – just from enjoying some tennis outside!

High Quality Healthy Food

When you are active on a Tennis Holiday – your body needs certain nutrients to keep going and it will crave them. Your body won’t want ‘stodge’ ‘alcohol’ or ‘heavy’ foods – it’ll want light, filling and nutrient dense food. We love to go on an all-inclusive tennis holiday – this means the selection of food on offer is vast. We can then select our favourite healthy foods (fresh salads, nuts and lean protein).

A Decent Night’s Sleep

After a full day on the tennis court, getting nice and hot sweaty – trust us, you’ll sleep well! That feeling of coming out of the shower after being sweaty all day to an air-conditioned room is one that we absolutely adore. Once you cool down in the air-conditioned room you’ll be ready for a solid 8 hours sleep, and as we all know – exercise helps you sleep well.

A Decent Night’s Sleep

Coming Home

When you are ready to come home after your tennis holiday, you’ll have:

  • Improved your Tennis Game
  • Caught the sun and got some Vitamin D
  • Made new friends
  • Eaten amazing food

We think you’ll feel pretty good after an Adult Tennis Holiday.
