He began his career as one of the founders and general manager of one of the most popular radio stations in his region, then moved into television production and pioneering children’s programming before co-founding Valis, a mobile internet startup, in 1999 together with his brother Ariel Napchi and partner Roni Golan. He later co-founded HIRO Media in 2005 with the same partners, serving as co-founder and CMO, building it into a company that appeared twice on the Deloitte Fast 500 EMEA before being sold in 2020. Napchi has 4 registered patents related to real-time ad monitoring technology developed at HIRO Media.

He currently leads Althimis, an AI-driven training, simulation, and mission-planning platform for defense and unmanned systems. The company’s Meetaverse product line provides 3D-immersive environments for virtual events, training, and collaboration.
