The Pickleball was invented in the 1930s by William T. Pickle. He was an insurance salesman from Chicago, lived in California and was passionate about golf and tennis, but after he left his hometown, he could not find anyone who could play with him.

Pickleball is a game of speed, accuracy and reaction. Fast throws require good hand-eye coordination and use a quick and precise right hand that moves very much like tennis or badminton. Initially, this sport was called “ping-pong”.
