However, there are other exclusive neighborhoods in gorgeous Florida cities that you may not know about.

People are moving to Florida in record numbers, due in part to the low mortgage interest rates and low taxes, making it more affordable than ever to experience upscale living at its best!

Other Miami neighborhoods have older homes, built in the 40’s and 50’s, that have been completely renovated and now feature all the up-to-date creature comforts you could want, coupled with homes resplendent in charm and character.

Still, Miami real estate is not cheap. Starter homes will run you half a million, easy!

These are both desirable areas which are attracting homebuyers at a record pace. People who live here can enjoy the beautiful weather, calm ocean waters, and just about any outdoor activity you can imagine.

Families love the area because of the amazing school system that boasts record test scores in several academic areas.

Many new construction communities are sprouting up and have become so popular these days that you may have up to a one year wait or longer for a house to be completed.

However, you will find some of the most beautiful homes for sale in Bradenton and Sarasota that are set directly on the Gulf of Mexico, or any of the saltwater canals that naturally run through the land.

Plus, the upscale lifestyle to be had is one of a kind. You will see high end shops like Gucci, Fendi, Armani, and others.

Naples, FL

There are new construction communities being built that offer buyers multiple floor plans to choose from that are meant to fit with a reasonable budget. However, the median home price in Stuart is creeping higher every few months and is currently around $400K.
