What sales person is going to want to go the extra mile for you if they are not getting the right commissions? From an accurate sales spreadsheet to other needs, make sure your sales team is equipped.
- Outreach – You also can’t sleep on outreach to current and prospective customers. Make sure you are doing all you can to market all your brand has to offer. If you are not doing so, you could be missing out on more sales and revenue. When this happens, your competition can be taking advantage of the situation. Along with your website, your social media outreach is important. Make sure you are engaging in social networking whenever you get the opportunity. Do you have a business app? If not, now would be a good time to think about getting one. An app can give you that 24/7 connection with consumers. When you have this, you have the ability to sell to them whenever and wherever. Do you offer an online store? With so many consumers shopping from home and the workplace, an online store is a great means of revenue. Finally, be active in your community. If you are a small business, this takes on added importance. You can sponsor local groups and more. You can also help other businesses in town. By doing this, you will be seen as a positive brand in your area.
