I usually like your take on things but not very thrilled about this one. I still will support you because over all I like your way of thinking most of the time. I like them both. I just think it’s about the era of basketball because even Michael Jordan said the ones that the players he never got a chance to play against we’re great on their time and into each era there is something different that happens he was the first at a lot of things. But as far as longevity overall athleticism the knowledge of the game no matter what everybody else says LeBron is something we have never seen in my lifetime and I saw them both play I was Young when Michael Jordan played and obviously I’m older now and I’ve seen something that’s never been done in LeBron James sure he hasn’t won as many as Michael Jordan but Michael Jordan open the conversation up when he said five is better than three because Kobe has five and LeBron has three. Well if that’s the case 11 beats 6 all day everyday and if you want to say that the loss that he had takes him out of the running that’s one argument but if you flip the argument if Michael Jordan was so good and had such a drive for basketball he would not have stopped in the middle of his prime.
He would have never wanted to give up basketball until he physically couldn’t do it anymore playing another sport or sitting out because of something gambling or whatever the case may be, true or not. The drive for the game should not go away and then come back if you’re the goat you should run the course as a basketball player greatest or not. 8 straight beats 3 in 3 in my book no matter what because no one has done that in our modern times. LeBron has been to 8 straight with worst teams but the man himself still got there eight times in a row which that was the first time it was done in this era of basketball so to be a champion a true goat of championships if you win 11 championships out of 13 seasons.
I say in the greatness of a champion 11 out of 13 x tried and 12 * went and won 11. that’s raw talent sure it was a different time and as Jordan’s time was a different time and is now LeBron’s time is a different time all around socially on the basketball court and also putting his money into investing into the children of his community all around this is something we have never witnessed so it all is to do about an opinion in an era in which these men have played. The shoes of course are a whole different story because there’s people who never watch them play a game of basketball, there are people who only know him because of the shoe who did not support him in the basketball world so they’re going to spend money because it’s a fashion statement. I am a fan of all these great Men those are the type of people that push me to be a greater person and at the end of the day I admire them all and even the media for doing the jobs that you all do because not everyone can do what you guys do.
