One of the first steps for planning a virtual event is to decide on the date and time you are going to have an event. 

Try not to overthink this one, but at the same time, do not underestimate this decision either. You should not be spending an overwhelming amount of time on picking this, but be mindful and do your best to determine what the right date and time would be for your audience. 

If you are holding an event with an international audience, pick a time that is the best balance for every region. If your audience works a 9-5, pick an evening time to host the event.
